Creator Partner Program Applications
Submitting an application does not create a partnership. Applications are reviewed at GARMAN's discretion and we may accept, waitlist, or decline any application.
Eligibility
Applicants must provide accurate information and must be able to enter into agreements in their jurisdiction. GARMAN may request additional information before making a decision.
Intellectual Property
GARMAN names, logos, product imagery, and site content belong to GARMAN and may not be used without permission.
Creator-Submitted Content
You are responsible for the content you create and share. Where a campaign or agreement grants GARMAN permission to use your content, the scope of that permission is defined in that agreement.
Commissions and Compensation
Any commission, product, or compensation arrangement is described in the specific agreement covering that collaboration. Nothing on this site by itself promises payment.
Campaign-Specific Agreements
Individual campaigns may have their own terms covering deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. Those terms govern that campaign.
Disclaimers
This site and the program are provided as-is. Acceptance into the GARMAN Creator Partner Program does not guarantee campaigns, products, compensation, or paid work.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, GARMAN is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this site or participation in the program.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
